Butterick 3515 vintage sewing pattern, dated early 1980s.

Misses' Jacket and Dress.

Loose-fitting jacket which knots at the waist has extended armholes with shoulder slits. Topstitching. Semi-fitted dress, below mid-knee, has scooped front and back neckline, drawstring shoulder straps and elasticized waistline.

Bust:   31.5 - 32.5 - 34 inches 80 - 83 - 87 cm

Waist  24 - 25 - 26 1/2 inches / 61 - 64 - 67 cm

Hip      33 1/2 - 34 1/2 - 36 inches / 85 - 88 - 92 cm

Pattern is cut to size 12 and checked complete. Envelope is in good vintage condition, with some handwriting on the front.
